Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:

  • You may return merchandise within 14 days postmarked from the day it was received for an online "store credit" or an exchange for another item. Please contact us via email or phone to set up a return.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original box or packaging, and unworn. 

  • Once we receive your return we will email an online "store credit" for use on any future order.

  • Online "store" credits expire 1 year from when you receive it.

  • The customer is always responsible for return shipping.

  • Credits and exchanges will be given less the amount of shipping. 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made or special order items.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Meaning, if you received a discount, used a coupon code, or paid less than the original price listed on item, it is a final sale.

  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care or alteration of an item. 

  • Returns and exchanges may be done at any of our stores.

  • Please reach out to us if you need help with sizing. Additionally, we will always try to accommodate if the customer wants to order 2 sizes. We will do our best to send out 2 and refund for the size that did not work. Please contact us about this.

EXCHANGES:​​

  • You may exchange an item for another style, color, or size within 14 days of receipt. Buckles Footwear will pay to ship the exchange item. Limited to one exchange per order.  

  • Please email us at info@bucklesfootwear.com or call our stores to ensure that the item you want to exchange for is available.

  • All exchanges must meet the criteria above.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS:

​To ensure satisfaction, all orders are inspected before they are shipped. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will email you a label to return the merchandise. A replacement will be sent upon receipt- with the condition that merchandise is new and has not been worn or altered, and is in original packaging.

TIPS:

  • Send using an insured carrier for proof of delivery. We are not responsible for losses or damages that occur during returns. 

  • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
