FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200! (Ground shipping; applies to the Continental USA only).

All orders under $200 ship at a flat rate of $10.00.

We offer in-store pickups on all orders. Just let us know and we will waive the shipping on your order.

In most cases, we will process and ship in-stock orders within 1 business day of receiving it; however, some orders can take longer if they are no longer in stock. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.

We ship using USPS or UPS and you should receive your order in 3-7 business days.

SALES TAX: An 8.875% sales tax will be added to all footwear of $110 and up, and all accessories shipped In NYC. For footwear under $110, we will refund the sales tax amount when charged.
Returns & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:

You may return merchandise within 14 days postmarked from the day it was received for an online "store credit" or an exchange for another item. Please contact us via email or phone to set up a return.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original box or packaging, and unworn.

Once we receive your return we will email an online "store credit" for use on any future order.

Online "store" credits expire 1 year from when you receive it.

The customer is always responsible for return shipping.

Credits and exchanges will be given less the amount of shipping.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made or special order items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Meaning, if you received a discount, used a coupon code, or paid less than the original price listed on item, it is a final sale.

We are not responsible for damages that occur during care or alteration of an item.

Please reach out to us if you need help with sizing. Additionally, we will always try to accommodate if the customer wants to order 2 sizes. We will do our best to send out 2 and refund for the size that did not work. Please contact us about this.
EXCHANGES:

You may exchange an item for another style, color, or size within 14 days of receipt. Buckles Footwear will pay to ship the exchange item. Limited to one exchange per order.

All exchanges must meet the criteria above.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS:
To ensure satisfaction, all orders are inspected before they are shipped. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will email you a label to return the merchandise. A replacement will be sent upon receipt- with the condition that merchandise is new and has not been worn or altered, and is in original packaging.
TIPS:

Send using an insured carrier for proof of delivery. We are not responsible for losses or damages that occur during returns.

Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
